One of My Favorite Fundraising Projects Ever

To date, out of all the fundraisers I have had the luxury of taking part in, Cheryl’s was one of the coolest. I loved BIC Bands, making all of the headbands to raise money to donate to her fundraisers. I enjoyed lightly networking with support groups, newspapers, news stations, The Doctors, and raising money for Multiple Sclerosis Research. The fundraisers for Cheryl to run around the world, and the fundraiser for Multiple Sclerosis Research were incredible to feel a part of, but I was always overjoyed watching Cheryl’s progress running around the world! To know that your friend has a dream they’ve worked so hard for, and see it come true makes you feel inexplicable magical happiness. Cheryl running a marathon on every continent in one year, battling Multiple Sclerosis, was incredible to witness through the whole process; her story still gives me chills. Accomplishing such a feat is a miracle for every human being, and I feel so inspired by Cheryl really running a Marathon On Every Continent in One Year. She did it!! One of the best parts about being a marathon runner is being a fundraiser, and helping your favorite organizations and favorite people! Being fast and running for something bigger than yourself, is god giving you a purpose. God is good, all the time.
