All About Eric
All About Eric Esposito
Marathon Runner
Ironman Triathlete
Brain Injury Survivor
How did you start running?
Triathlons! Training for road races is different than training for a triathlon.
What is your favorite part about being a runner?
Running, is a nice community to be a part of and a lot of
fun. I have met lifelong friends to run with after work, run with in road races and on weekends. My local specialty running store connected me to a lot of runners!
My first date with my fiancé, we went on a run down by the
river, an eight-mile stretch. Afterwards, we went out for coffee!
What are your future running goals?
Chasing a Boston qualifying time in the Myrtle Beach Marathon next year.
