I did my 3-3-3 night sesh after seeing a friend, it went well. So I did my three mile warm up, 3 mile tempo run, and 3 mile cool down. Now, I am going to drink a lot of water and stuff my face. 😎
Baltimore Woods Run!
Today, I ran all the way to Baltimore Woods, through Marcellus Park and back home. I reminisced about the days we would all go over to Allie’s for frozen pizza or Wegman’s brand mac + chesse or an ice-cream Sunday or tortellini alfredo, after lacrosse or cross-country. I thought about Faith whilst running around Baltimore Woods as she was always a camp counselor or working there towards her environmental sociology degrees at Saint Lawrence and ESF. Allie and Faith were always on the same LAX team and both wanted to be #13, one always had to be #3 instead and it was very funny all those years. That’s what I thought of when I ran exactly 1:13:13 the other day. 😻 How fun is that? I have such happy memories to think of running on all my trails in my hometown. Hopefully, I will make videos of a few more of my favorite trails. 😊
All the BlackBerry bushes on the trail reminded me of berry picking with Dev and Sandy and her gramma every summer! We would always pick berries.
So here are more videos about running. I think my main points were run with friends, eat collogen and protien and calcium, and eat 100 calories per mile atleast! Happy Running!
20 miles for the day, I am a happy woman!! 😻
I woke this morning, after my winery date yesterday and did my ten mile run. Three, three and three! My warm up, tempo, and cool down. Tonight, I will run a little bit more!🌤
I had the most magnificent day enjoying wine with Billsborrow Winery and then indulging in the Dry Riesling of Muranda Cheese during an epic dance party with an AWESOME live band! So amazing. Hopefully you are enjoying your lovely Sunday too!😘
It was wicked foggy and rainy, nevertheless my 10 morning miles are completed. 😍
What a day! 1:13:13 and I am speechless. Running 20 miles consecutively almost every day the past week really came through, my hard work is paying off! Hopefully, the marathon gods stick with me through the fall.
