After my 20 mile run yesterday, I decided to do an easy five mile shake out today! Tomorrow I will do my 10 in the morning and 10 at night. So far so good, a little over 50 miles this week so far. I do French weeks for training, it all starts on Monday for me. Monday was 20, Tuesday was 10, Wednesday was 20, today was 5, and hopefully all those sweet miles keep coming! 😘
