In my running life, yesterday I got 12.5 miles in and hopefully today I run my 5 mile loop twice to run 10 total. Then, I’ll have post run coffee to help my lungs prevent <<runner's cough>>.

Usually, I have rest days on Monday and Friday or swim instead of run or just do a light run. Rest days from running for me can be scheduled with swim or dance or golf or a new exciting class. With high mileage it’s helpful to take a break to recover from the mileage. It rained today so I’m basically doing my Sunday run on Monday instead. I like doing a speed or track workout on Wednesday, we shall see what unfolds this week.
