Dear Runner Lovers,

I thought that y'all would be interested in meditation.  This semester I am taking a class on the history of Buddhism and Mindfulness.  Every day for the past couple months I have been meditating for at least 10 minutes on a Zafu pillow, solo and in group sessions.  Though I personally am not Buddhist, I am really benefitting from daily meditation and yoga.  Here is the website I have been using for the class and mediations:
