Today, I ran ten miles! I warmed up 3 miles, picked up my tempo four miles and then cooled down the last three miles. It is starting to get dark very early! I am trying to only run with music twice a week. I love to listen to my breathing while I am running. Listening to the way I breathe is actually something that I really look forward to. There is nothing better than running through the woods on a crisp fall day, hearing every breath, listening to your feet thumping on a path and looking at gorgeous foliage. Running is such an incredible way to embrace nature. Who else likes to listen to their breathing? I hope that everyone is having a fantabulous evening! Keep Running.
