Dear RunnerLovers,

Today, I ran ten miles, did an hour on the elliptical with 20 elevations and 25 resistance, weights, and ankle strengthening exercises.  Ankle strengthening exercises, are so important to keep up with!  After I stopped doing ankles for a while because I thought " Well, I just ran 20 miles 3 days last week, therefore my ankles are very strong..." I realized that I was so incredibly wrong.  Running beats up ankles, like crazy.  Balancing for 30 seconds on a Bosu Ball can be harder than running a marathon, sometimes!  I really like to balance on each foot for 30 seconds 5x, do calf raises, walk on the sides of my feet, high-skip, placing one foot on a workout step and having one in the air to tap the ground 10x's.  Hopefully, in the next week or so, I'll make a video of my wicked cool ankle workouts.  I thought it would be a fun idea to post some of my playlist from running tonight!  I hope that everyone is having a wonderful day and I am sending you all positive vibes!
