Dear RunnerLovers,

Today, I ran five miles and did some weights to work that upper-body! It was very nice.  I just made a Twitter, Instagram and Facebook page for my blog (it's so funny to say that)!  The links are embedded the bottom of every page.  Feel free to look at those if you have a chance.  I hope that the social media makes it easier to pick and choose exactly what you want to read on my website.   I'm really looking forward to my long run this weekend.  Sometimes running for two hours can be an excellent way to unwind.  I love just getting into that long-run zone, way deep in my mind, running fast through the woods and feeling like nothing can touch me.  One foot in front of the other with a smooth cadence.  Just listening to feet pounding on the trail, feeling my heart beating through my sports-bra, little animals scurrying into the woods, birds singing and looking up to the horizon.  Who else loves to run long and hard?!  I hope everyone is having a fabulous week!
