Dear RunnerLovers,

Today, I ran three miles and did some fun little exercises!  I stretched for thirty minutes, working on my splits. Then, I did fifty sit-ups and touched my toes every time.  When I was planking for 3.5 minutes, I listened to Girl Almighty by One Direction.  I like to do jumping-jacks for five minutes normally and then the scissors way for a few more minutes.  Finally, I did 1,000 bicep-curls with five pound weights.  I am really happy today because we had a debate in my ecology class and I won!! So my team has five bonus points and it's pretty amazing.  For Halloween, my nephew Jacob is the cutest pumpkin baby ever! Who else likes to do jumping-jacks!? Hope everyone is having a fabulous day!
